Welcome to NAVIFORCE Nepal. By purchasing NAVIFORCE watches or through our website www.naviforcewatchnepal.com, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, as well as our [Privacy Policy] and [Terms of Use], which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with your purchase.

2. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the products available on our Site.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our Site are in NPR. Prices do not include shipping and handling fees, which are calculated at checkout and will be added to your order total.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will apply.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

 • Credit/Debit Cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)

 • Digital Wallets (e.g., eSewa, Khalti)

 • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select locations within Nepal.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. If we do not receive payment authorization, or if a payment is disputed or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or issues with your payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Nepal, with the following shipping options:

 • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within [1-3] business days, subject to availability.

Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

Risk of Loss: All orders are shipped via a third-party courier service. The risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the courier.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at 9813780904 to request changes. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once the order is processed.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your NaviForce watch, you may return it under the following conditions:

 • Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

 • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

 • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within [2] business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

9. Warranty

NaviForce watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

 • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear

 • Water damage exceeding the watch’s stated water resistance limit

 • Damage caused by repairs or alterations by unauthorized persons

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the purchase of products on our Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use, resulting from your purchase or use of the product.
