Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Nepal. Simply select COD as your payment method during checkout, and you can pay for your purchase when it arrives at your doorstep.
Delivery times depend on your location:
• Within Kathmandu Valley: Delivery typically takes 1-12 hours.
• Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery takes 1-2 business days depending on the region.
We will send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can monitor your delivery status.
Shipping is charged. A small shipping fee of 75-150 will apply. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website’s “Track My Order” page or through the courier’s website.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your watch, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it under the following conditions:
• The watch must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

Yes, all NaviForce watches come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your watch is faulty within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details, and we’ll assist you with the warranty claim process.
