Returns and Exchange Policy

At NAVIFORCE NEPAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of NaviForce watches. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if it meets the following conditions:

 • Return Window: You may return your NaviForce watch within 7 days of receiving your order.

 • Condition: The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.

 • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear or damage, or if it is returned outside of the specified return window.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 • Watches that show signs of wear or tampering

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

 1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at naviforcewatch.np@gmail.com or call us at 9813780904 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

 2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide instructions on how and where to ship your return.

 3. Return the Product: Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. You are responsible for shipping costs for the return unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the status of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

 • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [1-2] business days after the return is received and inspected.

 • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 • Refund Timeframe: Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional few days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you wish to swap your watch for a different model or if there is a defect. To exchange your watch:

 1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request an exchange.

 2. Return the Product: Follow the return process outlined above. We will inspect the returned product before processing the exchange.

 3. Receive the Replacement: Once the returned watch is approved, we will ship your replacement watch. Any price differences between the products will be communicated, and you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred model is out of stock, you can choose to receive a refund or wait for restocking.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged watch, please contact us immediately. We will:

 • Arrange for a return of the defective item at no cost to you.

 • Offer a full refund or exchange upon inspection of the returned product.

7. Warranty Claims

NaviForce watches are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your watch is faulty within this period, please follow our warranty claim process outlined in the Warranty Policy section.

8. Return Shipping Costs

 • Customer-Paid Returns: If you are returning a product for reasons such as a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

 • Company-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a defect, incorrect product, or other error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
